Since I have been getting out and walking a lot more lately, Ive been noticing a very small difference in my waist size! Every little bit of weight loss helps when youre overweight, and have overweight related breathing problems, and pain due to being overweight! Here lately, Ive been pushing myself through my back pain, hip pain, knee pain, leg pain, and raw sores between my upper inner thighs from my legs rubbing together, because theyre so big to get out and walk this weight off of me! As soon as 2:00pm hits, and if its pretty outside, Im gonna put some more miles on my shoes! Who knows, I might end up walking to the Sports Complex this afternoon, and walk as many laps as I possibly can, and then walk back home to eat Supper, and then walk for 1 more hour just around my neighborhood! But, Im gonna carry 2 bottles of nearly frozen (not frozen all the way) water with me this time, so that my mouth wont be dry the whole time! Also, drinking a lot of ice water will push any fluid that shouldnt be there out of the body! So, it does help a person lose weight! If I stick to this walking thing like super glue, I believe Ill be at least 4 (maybe) 5 sizes smaller by this time next year! Every chance that I get to get out and go walking, Im gonna take them! Not only do I want to be in better physical shape, but also, I dont like what I see in the mirror, and I want my self-esteem and self-confidence back! I want the Woman in the mirror looking back at me to be happy, and confident, and glowing, and full of life! I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror with a smile on my face!
