Since I have joined this highly esteemed group this morning, here in Las Vegas, Nevda, I have now, as I squat here and write am taking my second dump of the morning. The full pot of Gevalia coffee has cleaned out the pipes a second time. I shit every morning - like clockwork. Perhaps 2 or 3 days of the year my bowel movement schedule is moved out of sync by my own activity, and I hold off until afternoon. I would then have the day off. I like to take my movement first thing in the morning, and read, browse the internet and drink coffee. I take my sweet time. (NOTICE WARNING -- I have recently developed then remedied a hemorrhoid that was caused by my prolonged stays on the toilet -- be forewarned.) After I take my shit, a 15 to 60 minute endeavor -- I shower and clean up for the day. I rarely have some sort of anal residue that effects my well being. I occasionally DO take a second crap in the late afternoon after drinking some afternoon coffee, or after previously eating a food that causes more frequent bowel movements. Perhaps 20-40 days out of the year, I may take a second turd. This is my story. This is my life. Thank you for providing the platform.
