Since I have moved here, all I have heard is ...You wont make it here, You are used to big cities and this is small, you will get bored and just move on. Then I started at the Meat Plant. And my old lead man said every day, You wont make it here, you know nothing about the country living life and cattle. And My Boss at the time, You wont make it here, you are a Yankee. After I made it that far, it was time to move on... Applied for the Quality Assurance, or Quality Control, position. And they said You wont make it there because they cant challenge you enough. And I took that and rode on that horse for a min. Learned the government and their expectations.(USDA).. and learned that I can be a better help to the company in other aspects. And then another boss, and some office folks I wont mention said You wont make it as a Refrigeration Technician And I am striving everyday to prove them ALL wrong.... And Am Glad to stand Proud in this company during our new adventure down these roads and say I am ready for the new building and the new adventures that come along with it. To all those that said,You will never make it here, can Kiss my Rump Roast. Every day I challenge myself to do better... I didnt know I was scared of heights till I went to the water tower, and played on the roof... now, no problem. Was worried I didnt have the skills necessary to complete mechanical work. But I have an awesome boss and a great trainer to show me the ropes from beginning to certificates. I will progress,I will !!!
