Since I have now taught two classes AND signed my contract AND gotten my ID, I think its safe to announce that I have taken a teaching position at Ghent University, in the English Department (this semester Im teaching a contemporary literature course and a poetry course). Thanks to Ed and Susan and Aaron for CV and letter and interview help, and to Sarah and Stef for letting me know the job existed in the first place. I am so glad to be working with students again, it almost makes up for the fact that I probably wont finish that novel this fall, after all.
