Since I was 8 or 9, I would jump the hurdles at my sister LaTina Childs Hills track meets when she attended Lowndes High School in Valdosta, Georgia. For some reason, all I wanted to do was stay in shape, workout, and play sports. Elementary school I was the second fastest girl in my grade at Pine Grove Elementary in Ga and I played little league baseball and was a cheerleader and took gymnastics. Middle school I played basketball, ran cross country, wrestled, and was on a dance team. High school I ran track, played soccer, basketball, was on a weightlifting team, and was on a dance/step team. I even got asked to play football but my mother would not allow it! In college, I played softball and was captain and choreographer of a dance team. I used to do what she is doing in that picture everyday starting in the weight room at Fern Creek High School when I was a junior… and continued to stay in shape like this until 2005 when I got out of the military… then I lost it and let myself go! -- but... In 2014 (almost ten years later), Im getting BACK to this, I miss being in this good of shape!! #gettingbacktome #WAMWOM #GETFIT #getherdone!
