Since I was dxd with it in 1999, alot of people have asked me What is Multiple Sclerosis? I usually reply that it is the body attacking itself..Ladies, twice as many women get it as men, so note this. Well WebMD has a very good explanation of what MS is. Right now, I have the Relapsing-Remitting type. Ive asked the VA Dr.s to put me under their base test scenario/program.. I choose to take nothing for it! That means No injections & no meds! I do take my Vitamins, monitor the way I eat, just do my regular everyday routines/exercises.. no outside exercises. What my mom always said is still the truth today... You are, What you eat! Even the herbs, spices affect me in different ways.. I note those ways here.. BTW its not a communicable disease! Go over this slideshow to learn more about it..
