Since I work evenings and very rarely eat breakfast this is already a challenge for me. :-) My morning started at 10am, so breakfast consisted of 8oz of water with 2 tablespoons of Braggs ACV, 3 boiled eggs, and a cup of green tea. Noon snack: canteloupe and half of my smoothie (kale, spring mix, peaches, pineapple, and flaxseeds). I made enough to take an extra smoothie with me to work. 3pm: An apple, peanut butter, and the remaining half of the noon smoothie. 6pm: Today is meatless Monday, so dinner is kale, a quinoa and kale blend, and a baked sweet potato. 8pm: My other smoothie. I have an extra apple and peanut butter on hand if I get hungry. 64oz of water so far.
