Since Ive been in Belize, Ive lost track of time. I barely know what day it is. I wasnt sure of our itinerary before we left, and I really didnt know what to expect. I expected to work. I expected to experience a different culture. I expected to meet some interesting people. I have done all of that, plus some. Ive seen some of Gods magnificent handiwork. And in that...in time standing still...in the quietude and tranquility of sitting on a private island looking at the ocean with the breeze kissing my face, I met with God. I got still. I let go of Yerger Middle School. I let go of being a single mom struggling to make ends meet. I let go of the harassing phone calls from bill collectors. I let go of the desire to have a husband. I let go of worrying about my children. And I basked in the glory of my Maker. And now some things just dont seem as important, as pressing, as worrisome. Today, we go back to the Bible school. Thank you again for your prayers and your support. I will be praying for all of you as well.
