Since Ive been noticing some of the flowers and trees are starting to bloom I thought I better go ahead & start my Zyrtec..But, I quickly remembered that I dont need that anymore. Ill just add 3-4 drops of Lavender essential oil to my daily oil capsule. Whats in my daily oil capsule? Glad you asked. Lets see... Peppermint oil- appetite suppressant, acid reflux Lemon oil- detox, heartburn Frankincense- depression/anxiety Thieves- immune system booster (I have not gotten sick one time since I started using Thieves in Dec.) Now Im adding Lavender oil- allergies 3 drops of each YLEO. Thats it. Im completely off all prescription medication & OTC meds, too. Very thankful for what God created!
