Since Ive seen a few people just today mocking the Gluten Free Fad I thought Id help explain why those mocking are indeed helping to uncover the real problem. The problem: Weve chemically altered and destroyed the worlds wheat supply to where yes, people are now developing an intolerance. An intolerance to wheat, not necessarily gluten. Imagine the financial panic for the food supply barons once more people begin to learn of this. grainstorm/pages/modern-wheat
