Since Monday is International Bench Press Day, I thought Id share a unique and core-intensive chest press variation with you. Its called THE FLOOR PRESS WITH LEG RAISE. Start using dumbbells and progress to using kettlebells for a greater stability challenge. I like sets of 10-15 reps or work periods of 40-60 seconds. You can also add a crunch hold while pressing for even more ab-sations. #StreamFIT #Chest #BenchPress #MondayMotivation
