Since Sunday evening, due to phlebitis, I have been required to sit with my leg elevated above my heart, intermittently applying moist heat to my lower leg. I have been rather active on FB, read numerous articles and have watched several movies. Any suggestions? And i do not mean stay off of FB... lol! Also, no company needed as my little Irish Indentured servant, Louis Campbell and Dena Spangler are taking great care of me. Missing my patients and everyone at Cleveland Physical Therapy Associates
