Since Tom and I didnt go away for New Years this year we hosted tonights dinner. Despite the fact that I dont cook (please note it is not cant but choose not to) I somehow managed to put together a prime rib, roasted veg, cream cheese mashed potatoes with gravy, Yorkshire pudding and am just waiting for the steamed pudding to be finished. I figure I am already done my cooking for the rest of the year.
