Since Zambia is a christian nation,let the national budget include some christian principles. In the same way that USA gives us aid. Let the minister of finance allocate funds in his national budget for donor support to countries hit with natural disasters. This can ably be funded by ZRA so that God really blesses the works of our hands. We have enough competent personnel to respond to such. Im sure we could mobilise health workers or other volunteers to take leave for such a noble cause. We have done that to football but we can do it for the glory of God. My MPs ;GBM for Kasama can take this up. Any one with his contact can pass this to him or any MP. In view of this,the DMMU can also change its name from disaster to one which gives hope because Zambians are a blessed people.
