Since announcing the resuls of the 2014 BUG of the Year, we have had several conversations with Leeza and Jeff Diehl. Leeza is thrilled to know just how many of her fans contributed to her win by posting comments and liking photos of her posted on this page over the 2014 season. Jeff is as you would expect very proud of his wifes accomplishment, BUT wants the drag race world to know that Leeza is more than a beautiful lady in shorts and boots running up the strip. Leeza, he wants all to know, is a vital part of JDRacing before, during and after an event. She is involved is just about every aspect of the teams activities in the planning, execution and followup for the team to race from coast to coast on the NHRA Championship tour. All this while running, hand making and shipping her line of Nitro-A-GoGo ladies hand bags. Leeza, along with most other wives and girl friends of drag racers, add an unmeasurable amount to the successful operation of drag teams around the world. Congratulations once again to Leeza Deihl, the other 17 finalists and all the fine ladies who carry on on of Drag Racings finest traditions.
