Since discovering this abandon resort in Pai I have found myself - TopicsExpress

Since discovering this abandon resort in Pai I have found myself completely fixated on making this perfect sequence of movements from it. As a result I have been frustrating myself with being unable to perform certain moves in a way that I like or am capable of at the moment. Ive decided to upload the practice footage Ive made as my next movement log in hopes I can get some advice from my fellow runners. My biggest struggles at the moment are: -I only get four steps to perform this cat precision. I have never done a cat pre at such limited distance, especially outside. At this ledge distance Id usually use no less than six steps. So Im finding it difficult to maintain consistency with landing the cat. I land maybe one out of three attempts (feet slip, or I undershoot). Also I land far to hard on some of them which is jamming me up. -The humidity of this weather is severely tiring me out after every movement and Ive considered this likely to be another reason why I find myself struggling. My solutions so far is training later in the evening or early morning when the sun isnt bearing down on me. -Havent been stretching properly. Lucky I had a good few days with Stephan and Leanne who ran me through quite a bit of physio. So Im going to focusing on quite a bit of physical care in between training. Thai massages are awesome I plan on staying in Pai for a bit longer, so Ill be taking my time working on this movement sequence at this spot for as often as my body permits.
