Since eighties Pakistan in Indian context is working on two rack policy. Pakistani Army and the ISI leaves no stone unturned to make Indians believe that they are against India and anything Indian while their civilian establishment wants India to believe that They are for good relations with India but for ISI and Army. Manmohan Singh Government bought this Pakistani line hook, line and sinker. For last ten years we in India have been following the policy of holding the hands of civilian Government of Pakistan in the hope that they will be able to tame their Army. I have no doubt that Whether it is was Benajir Bhutto and Asif Zardari earlier and Navaz Sharif now they are in hand and gloves with their Army and their major differences on India is all facade. It was Zulfikar Ali Bhutto who got the Pakistani Nuc Bomb from China, Benazir Bhutto got missile technology from North Korea and Navaz Sharif was in full picture of Kargil operations. So let us make a policy towards Pakistan based on actual ground reality and not on these assumed inputs. We should be clear that Pakistan will never be a friend of India and we should prepare ourselves for this reality with a long term policy. LET PAKISTAN BE OUR FRIEND BUT KEEP OUR GUN POWDER DRY.
