Since everyone has something to say about Chetan Bhagat these days, here is my two bits. In all seriousness, I think if you are an aspiring writer, no one can inspire you like Bhagat. Salman Rushdie, Vikram Seth or Amitav Ghosh are too intimidating. Chetan Bhagat can inspire and has inspired a legion of writers. If he can write so can anyone. I travelled with him for a week across Gujarat last year and was myself inspired somewhat.
