Since injuring my calf my progress has stalled due to lack of exercise, but now that its all better I am getting back into it as of tomorrow. This week will consist of Step 5 plus 2x spinning classes, 1 x metafit class, 1x 6 mile run, 1x speed and hill run session 1 x10 mile run and 2x strength training sessions. Need to get these last few pounds off before Christmas, when my Paris Marathon training begins!!
