Since last Saturday like before lunch, my DSL at home has no internet signal. Of course I called in PLDT customer care and emailed in the same name department of the same leading telecommunication company of the nation. And all my efforts were totally in vain. During this long weekend, obviously they did nothing while their billing to me as monthly Advance payment had arrived already. Payment is always supposed to be made in advance, but service for the payment never comes. This is what exactly one of the biggest corporation in this country who might be earning a gigantic scale of revenue. Yeah, such a good business they are making, because they can get payment in advance and then they do not spend any service cost since they do not give any services,,, Ideal system to make money,,, couldnt it be called as a fraud??
