Since most of my posts since Friday have been mournful, I intend to offer a praise tonight before I go to sleep (I hope). A few weeks ago, God brought person back into my life in a most humbling way to me. It is remarkable the timing, given my family tragedy that continues to leave us devastated. I am amazed at how her voice, her spirit, her prayers and her understanding of my spiritual struggles in all this make these dark days slightly less cloudy. Often my crushed spirit has been restored by a conversation on the phone or at lunch after church. I do not mean to embarrass anyone or make wild predictions of the future, since I do not know it. But I do praise my God for His gift of grace wrapped in human skin. Gods Providence is always perfect, and He bestows His graces on unworthy souls such as mine. Soli Deo Gloria
