Since my New York Giants seem intent on breaking my heart on a weekly basis, I thought Id share something heartwarming enough to make it feel a bit better... I had the pleasure of playing a great event last night for a terrific group of family and friends at an intimate winery in Delaware. Theres was a little 3-year-old girl there named Brooklyn who was about as cute as any human being, big or small, that Ive ever met. After finding out her name, I dedicated this Avett Brothers song to her and, fortunately for me, her mom recorded it on her phone and sent it to me. I hope you all enjoy this half as much as I do. My favorite parts are at :26 when you hear her telling her older sister that Im playing the song just for her, and then again at 2:15 when her mom catches her reaction to hearing her name.
