Since my first year in college before I even became a member, UP CIEM has already aided me in my academics, offering mentorship programs and tutorials that not only helped me survive but also gave me an avenue to learn other things. When you need help, the inborn instinct of CIEMers to extend a hand is always there. And being the IE department-based academic organization in the college, CIEM continues to channel its time and resources in pursuing academic excellence.
