Since my job is driving, Ive noticed more and more that when the light turns green, a large percentage of people, maybe 1/4, just sit there because they are texting instead of watching for the green light. Just look into the car passing you or that you pass, and you will see lots of people texting while driving. I see it several times per day. TWD must send truck drivers crazy because they see it 24/7. It has to stop - we need a national law about this. You know it is really easy to fix. If your car is in motion, the display is disabled. That software fix can probably be downloaded directly to your phone by your provider whether you want it or not. In fact, your provider can require that you have an app that does that, and if the app is disabled, your phone is too. Please, if you text and drive, you are more dangerous than a drunk driver.
