Since my message I have been blessed with a wide spectrum from reaction to response. Last night I received an acknowledgement from a fellow Partnership and Explorations Graduate. I have to say I was not expecting that. I say that with a smile on my face. I have altered my existence with my post. Joyce Pike is powerful in how she has grown and stretched herself in the conversation. Landmark is fortunate to have her. Her willingness to listen, recreate, support me. Granting being to the victim is what influenced the direction of the whole thing. I have taken myself completely out of the Landmark Team, Management, and Leadership Program game. Taking myself out of that game was the most effective and advantageous action to take. Everyones transformational journey is their own and I see more and more light in my future. Fellow Teammates are still resisting my communication and deal with me at the level of object. Sitting around putting helpful suggestion on how to solve Neysa The Problem. I am not going to move the way others see fit. That was my mistake to begin with; trusting and valuing them over myself. I can see that what I got about Team was mostly about what its not. I have gotten so clear about who is actually in my court and who is not. I have also got nothing going on about it. The people who are not in my court are naturally leaving. As they should for their willingness to grow is their own journey as well. The people in my court are showing up. They are excited, open and sitting on the edge of their seats. When the Queen emerges, she is magical and enchanting. She is calm and happy. She creates order where there was none. She has grown new eyes. Marianne Williamson Stay tuned.
