Since my show I have completed 5 cardio sessions tops. I mostly just lift heavy. HOWEVER not everyone is able to get away with this. If you have to do cardio first find something you like. Will you ever see me on the elliptical ... Doubtful Why? Because I just dont like it. What I do enjoy is skipping. Find something you love and complete some intervals 40 second of hard cardio 20 seconds rest. If your a beginner strive for 20 min. Fun fact: LMFAO shots is prime for skipping.
