Since my son Forest is really getting into still and video photography - and just became fascinated by night photography - we took a quick walk in eastern WA the other night to make pics at an extra dark rural location. (not seriously - just a few minutes for fun) Night photography is kinda magical so it was a WOW adventure where The Kid made some nice star pics and realized the possibilities. His shots were possibly better than these pics I made that night. The stars move during any lengthy exposure and will create entire star trail circles if the shutter is left open for hours. (these were quickies, tho) Night photography is a blast!
