Since pre-selection condition to sit for the entrance exam to the teaching profession is eliminated, the number of graduates will escalate. More than 30.000 applicants, for instance, may vie for only 300 posts. Suppose the highest grade in the entrance exams is 14. How many applicants out of 30.000 do you think can get this mark? I think at least 500 applicants can get this grade. But, the Ministry needs just 300 posts. Is it going to hire some applicants and fail others among the 500 who succeeded despite the fact they all have the same mark? I know this is confusing. But, read the post painstakingly and think about it.
