Since regulations to OCare bill were written 3 months after passage, there has been NO grandfather you can keep your policy clause. For years and years this has been in effect. The federal government, all Democrats who voted for the bill initially and then doubled down on this toxic reg...no Republicans voted for either...lead this country to believe the mantra you can keep your policy, you can keep your doctor. This has not been true since 3 months after passage more than 3 years ago. This reg and the legislation has provided a blatant, cold, cruel, evil punch to millions of hard-working, well-meaning, tax-paying, and seriously ill Americans who believed in what many in Washington DC were repeating and repeating. So sad. Once again, I suggest Repeal, replace. LW
