Since starting with Mannatech, I have received a number of questions from people regarding what changed my mind about network marketing and why Mannatech. Let me share a little something about me and perhaps it will help alleviate some of your concerns. I have always been OCD and for the most part it has been a blessing instead of a curse - although, I have been known to drive some people crazy as a result of my dedication, or attention to detail. My research on the family history is a good example, as I have always felt the resulting product in anything I take on is a representation of my character. When I was introduced to Mannatech, all my defenses sprang into action, which allowed me to research my options - probably to the point of exhaustion and where most people would have given up, but I am not a young chicken anymore and have been use to hearing good things, only to experience disappointment later. After my research, I learned a lot about nutritional supplementation and the thousands of network marketing companies out their all competing for the top-spot. Many just dont live up to their promises, by hiding behind marketing spins, or other companys research (implying it is their research), etc. I wont lie to you, there are a few (very few) good companies out there, so what made me choose Mannatech? Having over 30 years experience as a pre-hospital emergency care responder for the St. John Ambulance Brigade and exceeding over 30,000 hours of community service in patient care, I have a pretty good idea of how the body reacts to injuries and other challenges. I found the answer to most of our challenges lies with good nutrition at the cellular level, and there is only one company (yes - only one), who has the technology and proven history in their products to meet these requirements. I want the purest form of nutrition, without any artificial or synthetic ingredients, to ensure my cells receive the required fuel to perform at their best. After trying the products, all of my health concerns improved with some very surprising results (i.e., 75% colour returning to my hair, bone density doubling, rarely every sick, etc.) Now factor in the multiple patents, clinical studies, over $50 million of research & technology, a system to put a significant dent in overcoming a global concern with malnutrition, etc., etc., it didnt take me very long to be completely committed to this company and their mission. I agree, it is not for everyone, but everything Mannatech has said has been scientifically validated and scrutinized by third-party companies. They have done their homework as I have done mine, which is rare in todays world. Knowing Mannatech is the right choice of company and products to pursue, it didnt take me long to appreciate the support and reassurance a network can provide. Everyday we hear of gas prices or taxes increasing, housing on the rise, poor economy, etc. By investing some time and a lot of hard work, it can provide a bright and promising future - something all of us dream of, but rarely achieve.
