Since the 3rd week of January, I have dropped 2 1/2 pant sizes (some from stress) but after some blindsided circumstances this past week and the support from my husband (Michael Garcia and children) I believe that the weight I was carrying, played a big roll in the state that I was in, and now that, the weight is gone, I feel amazing about myself and the things that are to come in the future. For once I can actually say, I LML and I wouldnt trade it for anything!! You learn that unexpected situations are a blessing in disguise and I couldnt agree more, that what has occurred in the past few days, is more than just a blessing!!
