Since the meeting I have been thinking a lot about boards - about the Co-ops board - one bad one after another This Co-op needs an overhaul It does not need another board - another top down structure that flies in the face of co-operative principles This Co-op needs a new structure - one that listens to its members, that engages its members in open and transparent communications It needs a Council that runs along co-operative principles Not another board Im hoping to get a conversation going about this which is why I put it up as a new post - I hope thats OK
