Since there are lots of subliminal messages in facebook, heres mine: It took me three years to get promoted to this position which only took some kiss ass months to get. I have been defending and assisting some people that is much worthy for promotion but they cannot have it for reasons that does not involve being unworthy of the position. I understand that we are working so that at the end of the day we will have no more work but do not expedite this process by making people worthy of promotions feel sick and tired of working for this institution. I have other sources of income coming from people OUTSIDE of this office that acknowledges me for what i truly am hence i am fine with the fact that i only get paid by the government on what my academic credits can provide. HOWEVER, i will not acknowledge people having the same or higher salary than me that does not provide the same quality of work that i can provide. I will still continue to work HERE because i believe in the ideals that this institution was originally founded and i will wage WAR against worms that do not value these ideals.
