Since using my Flovent twice a day; ProAir as needed; taking Singular once a day - The PFT showed I am stage1/Gold1; mild Small Airways Disease (asthma/emphysema)COPD; Dont need o2; able to start exercising when I get my treadmill.....gradually; getting appt ready for Alpha 1 test; do need medical bracelet to show I have COPD and the meds Im on for it and he also said to add high steroid intake (been needing one for my heart as well so thinking on a charm bracelet); nebulize - probably not cause stage would be higher but will check with my cardiologist; used the spirometer and he wanted me to blow between 300 and 400. Didnt quite make it first time and he had me do it again and made it to 303 so he was happy. I think that is all. I go back in 6 months. Oh, since January 3rd first visit, my weight has gone up again and havent been on Prednisone since mid-January. Praying starting on very gradual exercise will help get the fluids out of me. I do drink plenty of water and have been a label reader for sodium since the mid-70s. God bless and prayers for all.
