Since we are on the topic , Yeah a lot has changed around here but I wish that when I walked into a courthouse I saw SOME representation..a bank and see SOME representation..Im one of two blacks at the place that I work and neither of us are in a higher level position to say the least. It would be hard for me to believe that no blacks are qualified enough to be shown at least in at least one higher level position at a business/corporations ect. It would be hard to believe that none of these businesses/courthouses/ corporations have our applications..I know a lot has changed but itd be nice to see it without having to be a teacher or a coach. Maybe Im just being picky. Im just saying though. I want to see it , not just know it.
