Sincere thanks to those who were able to attend todays Town Hall Meeting. I just love the members of our Spring Valley Lake Citizens Group... you are an amazing group of people! We were so pleased and proud to see so many in attendance. The count was just over 80 people... at the 5 oclock hour... on a TUESDAY, no less! What a sense of community we shared tonight! We surpassed the Associations attendance expectations, and it was a good feeling to see that additional seating had to be set up. We are anxious to hear everyones take on things, so take a breath, post, post, post, and share your thoughts with others who were there (as well as for those who could not make it). Lots of topics were touched upon, so there is a great deal to discuss. Ill reserve some of my personal thoughts and comments until others have the chance to post. Lets hope this will be the start of many more opportunities for community input.
