Singapore International Pre-Graduate Award- Agency for Science, Technology and Research IGPA is a paid internship programme which supports short-term research attachments for international students at A*STAR. It’s a great opportunity for the students majoring in Biomedical, Science and Engineering discipline. There are six(6) application cycles per year for this programme. About A*STAR: – The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) is the lead agency for fostering world-class scientific research and talent for a vibrant knowledge-based and innovation-driven in Singapore. A*STAR oversees 14 biomedical sciences and physical sciences and engineering research institutes. About Internship: - Selected interns will be working with A*STAR researchers.Research attachment periods may vary from 2 to 6 months. Interns are also also provided with a monthly stipend. There are 6 application cycles per year for this programme. Please refer to SIGPA official website for detailed information. Who can apply: - Pre-final year and final year Undergraduate students, or Master students majoring in Biomedical, Science and Engineering discipline are invited to apply. Location: – Singapore. Duration: – Research attachment periods may vary from 2 to 6 months. Stipend: – Participating students will be provided with a stipend of $1,500 (up to maximum of 6 months).
