Singapore. Maria Sharapova joined forces with #Porsche to hold a charity event on Thursday, October 16th, 2014 at Porsche City Centre Singapore last night. The event aimed to raise funds for The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund (SPMF), a community project to support children from low-income families through school. Together with contribution from Karsono Kwee, Executive Chairman of Eurokars Group, a donation of SGD 50,000 was successfully gathered, allowing the Porsche community to give back to the society. Ong Lay Ling, Executive Director of Eurokars Group, presented the cheque to SPMF Chairman, Han Fook Kwang, at the charity event. During the event, auctions for autographed tennis racquets, balls and a Twinbag Mini from #PorscheDesign contributed to the donation. Thank you #MariaSharapova that you supported that charity event.
