Carbonara Stuffed Potato Skins (Friday Evening and All Day Saturday) A small plate of freshly roasted potato skins with a creamy mascarpone filling then topped with sautéed pancetta (veggie version will use Morningstar bacon)…warm and fresh from the oven.
