Sir: It is important we solve the Traffic Mess as promised. The Taft Avenue-La Salle Taft has this incompetent Traffic Enforcers. It has an incompetent Barangay Leaders--who tolerate nuisance on a free flow of traffic. This is Manila the premiere city and capital of the Philippines and yet the City of Manila cannot discipline illegal jeepney terminals in front Rizal Stadium; they use the street for their garage and for the repairs. The sidewalk users uses the street because of poor sidewalk management. The Barangay Leaders are corrupt because they tolerate and fail to Regulate. They can regulate vendors so that vendors can use the public conveyance without hampering free flow of vehicle traffic and free flow of pedestrian workers. In addition, there an unauthorized vehicles not defined by law using the public street. When the unauthorized vehicles is the source of accident--the excuse is on account of being poor and they have to work. How about those working and on account of working are paying parking fees and paying road users tax. After 100 Days in Office the La Salle and St. Scho and Harrison Traffic Mess is still the same. Nobody is control not the policeman; not the vice-mayor and not the mayor. The one in control is a syndicate claiming they collect tongs and distribute the Tongs and they are protected. THIS IS IMPORTANT ENOUGH FOR YOU; YOU WILL FIND A WAY. IF IT IS NOT IMPORTANT TO VICE-MAYOR ISKO MORENO, HE WILL FIND AN EXCUSE. Sorry Idol, your police officers are sleeping on the job.
