From past to present – The ever changing role of the leader Modern society faces increasingly complex and serious social and environmental issues. This presentation will offer perspectives from academia, government and industry on the kind of leadership required to reform existing systems and create a sustainable society. Sir Peter Williams is Chairman of the Daiwa Anglo Japanese Foundation and of the National Physical Laboratory. Previously, he was Honorary Treasurer and Vice President of the Royal Society, Chancellor of the University of Leicester.
