Sir Richard Branson is to remove limits on the amount of holiday his Virgin Group employees can take each year in the hope that it will raise morale, creativity and productivity. YES. This is 1000% what I believe. When I hire people full-time I will NEVER put a limit on how much vacation time they can take. I trust that I will only hire AAA team players - the types who are willing give their ALL to something they believe in. If my team members need a break, theyll be responsible enough to tell me about it beforehand and they can take however much time they need. I want my company to be one where people LOVE going to work. People are not dogs to be kept in a cage. A job is a place to grow, expand and a business is just a vehicle for making peoples lives better. My 2 cents.
