Siring pa daw ak. I have been making a follow up on cebu pacific 6 times today about the status of the taclban flight. Until a collegue in tacloban finally posted the cancellation 6 hours bfore the flight. Heres my thought on this strategy. Knowing it would not be possible to pursue with the flight cebu pacific will not decide right away because if they do they will rebook and reroute the flights free of charge prior cancellation. Whereas if they delay the decision of the cancellation , majority of the passenger taking that flight will surely decide on rebooking and rerouting . This matter will not give them the previlege of doing this action free of charge rather cebu air will once again apply the so called penalties. If you complain , the cebu pacific ineffecient and dumb call center parrots will just tell you we apologize for the inconvenience we are just programmed parrot of this lousy budget carrier lesson of the story: support philippine airlines.
