Sirs, Just a friendly advice - for your seatcover needs, I - TopicsExpress

Sirs, Just a friendly advice - for your seatcover needs, I suggest you make it a point to tap the services of the more reputable shops out there. I had to learn it the hard way. :) A few months back, I had my trucks seatcovers made by Seat Tailors (Metrowalk) - then weeks after, I noticed that the seams of the headrest covers werent sewn in place. Instead, they were just velcroed together. All four (4) of them. Actual photo posted for reference. I thought of getting in touch with seat Tailors to ask if they can re-do at least the headrest covers. I was given assurance that they can. I can post our thread, if need be. I was able to find time to visit their shop this morning to leave my headrests and their respective covers for repair. I was told to get them back 5pm. I sent numerous Mesages via SMS and via Facebook to check if the headrests are available for pick up. Again, screencaps available, if need be, but my messages were unresponded. I decided to swing by the shop and arrived 6:30pm only ro find out that the covers were left untouched and unrepaired. I was given a substandard product. I gave them the chance to have them repaired. And all I get are crappy excuses that their Saturdays are not meant for backjobs, and that yhey are undermanned. I actually stopped listening. I asked them to pop the headrests and covers back in and Ill just have it repaired by someone else. Eugene then tells me: Sir wag naman ganun. Parang nakakabastos naman yun. Eugene, walang mas nakakabastos sa oras na sinayang mo at sa usapang hindi mo tinupad. Ill make sure all my friends, and my circle of influence wont even think of getting in touch Seat Tailors. Really disappointing.
