Houston, TX area: “Chipper” is in a kennel – waiting for a home of his own (along with his sister - Pinky). This sweet boy was born in a kennel (his Mama was abandoned and had her puppies there – she has been adopted) around March 2014. He weighs approximately 12 pounds. This cute little boy loves to play and loves other dogs. He has had some skin issues, but he is recovered and ready for a family!
