Sister update - 8 - Well it seems I have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. My sister has made leaps and bounds toward recovery in the last day or so. She was able to get out of bed and sit up in a chair a couple times for an hour or so each time. This is a miracle for a lady who could not even hold her head up four days ago. And tonight, they moved her out of ICU and into a regular room! If all goes well, they will take the feeding tube out of her nose tomorrow. So, hopefully our luck and her strength will hold and she will be in physical rehab soon. She wont be home for Thanksgiving, but Christmas is not out of the question. I thank you all for your continued prayers and support. Miracles really do happen! After all...tis the season! God bless you...every one!
