Sisters Hannah and Terri Cliffe launched the Mend Our Mum campaign to raise funds for treatment not available from the NHS for mum Berni. Though an aggressive, rare form of cancer, funding the treatment will provide Berni and her family precious more time together. This film brings together the community of Audlem, South Cheshire, UK, performing the song Amazing Grace. The hope is to raise awareness and funds for this very noble cause.
