Sitting back tonight, and looking at everything that happened today, I realize just how lucky/blessed/what ever you want to call it, I am to have such good friends around me. Samantha Emmerson , Drew Maddison, Jessie Martin, and two of his friends showed up this morning and moved mountains! They accomplished in a few hours what I had been trying to do for months. There is still lots to do here, but all the heavy moving, etc., the things that I simply could not do on my own, are done. Thank you all so much! You made a huge difference. Drew even drove me to ritual this evening. It was so great to see everyone there. I did truly recharge my batteries. Not to mention the link to another fire baby... so I can pull some energy when I need it. Thank you so much. It is an extremely thoughtful thing to do. She was with us. I felt a hand in the middle of my back. I looked to the left and to the right, nope, but I felt the hand as clear as day. We were singing "We give thanks for unknown blessings already on the way" - her favorite song. This is just a time of transition. My Phoenix is almost ready to burst into flames.... Once she is on the other side, I know that she is safe and out of pain. A much better alternative to what she has now. And as the Phoenix, she will rise again, when she is ready. Her body is failing, but her spirit is as strong as ever. She will always live in my heart and in the hearts of our friends. I will update you tomorrow after I visit her. I think it is time for a peppermint tea and to get ready for bed. Good night all. See you in the morning.
