Sitting here in my car getting ready to work out while I reflect on the past two years 3 Day 60 mile walk in Boston. Opening ceremonies will begin shortly and is a very emotional kick off for the walk. Most of you are aware that I am a 3 year breast cancer survivor. To celebrate my first year of survivorship I decided to walk the 2011walk in Boston. It was a very emotional experience and met many awesome people. You celebrate each other, survivors and remember those lost. The fall after that walk is when I began going to the gym every day and began my journey of weight loss and becoming more fit. I did the walk again last year as well and had planned to again this year but that is when my path began to veer more towards lifting etc.
