Sitting here thinking about my life a year ago, I was going through some major changes and adjustments. My depression had brought me to a point that I didnt think I could ever come out of. But putting my faith in God and barely keeping my head above water I conquered it without medication. I am a true believer that when God removes toxic things from your life he is doing it for our good. Its not always what we want and that makes it difficult. But I have to say I can now get out of bed and go to work and I no longer worry about things. I have put it in his hands. So if you are battling depression you are not alone. I know how it feels. I was in the bottom of the pit but now Im standing on the mountain top and no I wont always be there but God can help you through any problems you face. Praying for all of you in this crazy depressing world.
